I LOVE natural hot-springs and villages, towns and cities that are designed for humans to easily access everything needed and desired for a high quality of life by foot, bike and quality rail transit.

I have NO love for areas of the world that handicap a humans freedom by building hostile environments of asphalt wastelands that are impossible and intolerable to traverse by foot or bike.

I am in search of the ideal place to live and retire. One that has a tolerant, progressive and humane society. An urban core with quiet clean public transportation and bike paths connecting thousands of human experiences available in the walkable city core like love, joy, lust, curiosity, serenity, beauty, peace, excitement. Trains from the central station will whisk me within an hour to small villages for an affordable weekend retreat in a pension or camping among rugged, breath-taking natural beauty.
